The Nürnberg Exhibition Centre and its conference centre are situated to the south-east of the city centre and are connected to the city's autobahn and underground (U-Bahn) networks. Nürnberg airport has frequent connections to the major European cities, and a shuttle-bus service between the airport and the Exhibition Centre can be arranged on request. There are also hourly intercity and regional train services to Nürnberg.
Follow the "Messe" signs on the motorway and the individual trade show signs for the event you are attending on the remaining approach roads.
From the Hauptbahnhof (central rail station)
Take the U1 or U2 underground line to the exhibition centre. The "Messe" underground station is directly opposite the main entrance to the exhibition centre.
From Airport Nürnberg
You can reach the exhibition centre with the U2 underground line as far as the central rail station, where you change to U1 or U2 underground line to the "Messe" station.
Public transport network
Your entrance pass for the trade show and conference can also be used as a ticket for free public transport throughout the Nürnberg integrated transport network (VGN).

The entrance pass with the VGN logo entitle the holder to unlimited travel in any direction using the transport services of the Nürnberg integrated transport network (VGN): underground railway (U-Bahn), urban railway (S-Bahn), trams and buses. A detailed plan of the network is available from VGN ticket offices.
In addition to timetables, the regional transportation association's website also features the Trade Fair Navigator especially for trade show visitors. It contains all relevant information for reaching the exhibition centre.
Your admission ticket to the trade show is valid for free rides on public transportation within the VGN.
